About Me:: I'm a Crested Butte, Colorado native transplanted here in 1988 to ski at UNR. I blew all my student loans on computers, climbing gear, paragliders, bikes and backcountry skiing gear. Got stuck. Call this place home now.

I'm a marketing/gadget geek and make my living translating all this social/tech stuff to businesses all over the place. I get to travel and speak at a lot of conferences and trade shows, so I meet tons of people and because of that I appreciate Reno: plenty of cool people to hang with (like here), wonderful quality of life and an awesome 24/7 arts & culture community. And it's also filled with mullet-sporting moms in tube-tops, married to shaven-head tweakers, it's dirty and run down, somewhat sleepy and by far more conservative that downtown Salt lake City at the same time.

I've got a great family: My soooper hot wife and I met on the second day of college in 1988. We've got two punk kids that we refer to as the LoganCody and we live a few pedal strokes away from Bibo's Coffee.
