- About Me:
- I truly feel my purpose is to give back and make a difference in the community. My professional career and personal life are intertwined, allowing me to spend every moment with community efforts.
I have started a business to help strengthen non-profit organizations. While I'm experienced in all aspects of charitable life, the majority of my services have been through board development, volunteer training and fundraising.
I serve on several couple boards and am currently president of a few (Nevada EcoNet, Angel Kiss Foundation and Reno Philharmonic Guild). I'm also chairing an exciting action campaign known as The Pebble Project, as a member of the YPN.
I'm also awaiting approval of a 501c3 application to officially launch the Nevada Philanthropy Center, which will serve the as source of information, education and connection within the non-profit community.
Through all these efforts, I hope to accomplish two 10-year goals:
1) increase the percentage of Nevadan volunteers from 23.5% to 50%;
2) help raise $100 million for community organizations.
In my free time, I run and bike as much as I possibly can and share as much as I can with my two incredible children.
