You can get a good look at a t-bone steak by stickin your head up a bulls ass, but I'd rather take the butchers word for it.
Long live small merchants and long live the butcher concept. I went to Butcher Boy as a child with my grandpa and got cold hot dogs and I take my son there now for the same. They rule!
